Mionetto Il Prosecco – $7.98

This is a true, DOC regulated Prosecco made with 100% Glera.  It is crisp and dry, with a refreshingly smooth finish.  This Prosecco gives off floral aromas along with flavors of honey and apricot.  Perfect on its own or mixed with juice for a great mimosa.

Mumm Napa Brut Rose – $14.98

Straight from Napa Valley, this is a sparkling rose made in the Champagne Method.  This means it follow the rules of Champagne, but is not from Champagne, France.  It’s made with 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay.  The bright pink color gives off flavors of black cherry, red berry and citrus.  Mumm Napa is a cost effective alternative to true Champagne.

Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Reserve Champagne -$26.98

This is a true, regulated Champagne from Champagne, France.  It is the number 1 selling Champagne in France, and 3^rd best selling Champagne worldwide.  Nicolas Feuillatte is aged for 3 years in the bottle before release to give depth and complexity.  You will get flavors of pear and apricot, crisp acidity, fine bubbles and a toasty finish.  Champagne is one of the few wines that can be paired with almost any food and served at almost any occasion.

Mondoro Moscato d’ Asti – $9.98
